Has anyone been able to get a workaround to lock your 2-3 clients to your monitor's refresh rate (individually)? I run 3 clients, and I'm unable to get 60fps on all 3 at the same time. My main issue being, if any client is not locked to refresh rate, the frames rocket up over 150-200fps+, causing my cards to overheat (especially in CQ w/ Characters).
- If I set "Interval Default" (Vsync), to main client, it will lock at 60.
- If I set all 3 to "Interval Default", it splits 60fps by 3, issuing 20fps to each client (unplayable).
- If I just let it go at "Interval Immediate" (Vsync Off), then my GPUs melt, because I get over 250fps+ on all clients.
- Have tried setting in drivers, and with Nvidia Inspector, with no success.
How do I lock all 3 clients to 60fps?? |

Anyone?
It's getting kind of annoying having to run my GPU's at 90%+ fan speed... Rather loud. |

I did as it suggests in EVELopedia and created junctions (basically copy-pasted folders), but it still runs identical .exe files. I also run in "full screen windowed".
Thinking that I have to change the names of the 3 .exe files to fool the system/drivers into thinking it's running three different games. Right now, I think it's tricked into thinking it's queuing up the same game, same file. |

Nvidia ? What drivers are you using.. ?
I've been using 290.36, and about to try the new 290.53. |

I checked that too, seemed like it would be a problem. I have 2 monitors that were running at 59hz, with my main at 60hz (for some reason), and even after forcing 60hz on all 3, it still has the same split FPS problem. I really don't know what it is..
My only guess is that Nvidia thinks it's running the same application, so it keeps applying the vsync to each instance. No idea how to fix it.
I've tried the latest beta drivers 290.53, so no luck on that either. |

I'm glad it's being looked into.. would be interesting to know the real cause. Considering it's only a select few players here and there. |
